Projects

From pilot concept to investment-ready development.

EcoGreen’s principal near-term focus is the Lagos–Ogun waste-to-bioethanol pilot. A separate, longer-horizon concentrated solar power and thermal storage concept is not part of the pilot’s immediate capital request.

Priority project

Waste-to-bioethanol pilot

Proposed location: Lagos–Ogun corridor, Nigeria.

Indicative process input: approximately 200 tonnes per day, a preliminary planning scenario subject to technical feasibility, feedstock validation and environmental review.

Current phase: pre-development, institutional engagement and preparation for independent project studies.

Development priorities

Workstreams requiring validation

  • Land and site legal due diligence
  • Waste quantity, quality and collection logistics
  • Process design, CAPEX and OPEX verification
  • ESG, environmental and social studies
  • Offtake and revenue assumptions
  • Bankability and financing structure
Important project-status notice

Land identified for the project is associated with the sponsor; ownership and any potential transfer to the company require documentary and legal verification. No independently audited yield, investment return, financing commitment or construction timetable is represented here.

Separate future pipeline

Concentrated solar power and thermal storage

EcoGreen has separately explored a large-scale CSP and thermal energy storage concept. This remains a longer-term strategic opportunity and is not part of the current waste-to-bioethanol pilot scope, budget or proposed investor discussions.
